BAROCO'S  LEDYARD VOLUNTEER PROGRAM

        Over the last several years our site has grown in its dedication to both our volunteer work and special site wide projects.  Classrooms have raised money by recycling and selling apple pies in order to purchase needed items for local social service agencies.  The pie project sponsored three families for Thanksgiving, and we have also bought and maintained an arts and craft bin for children in an area homeless shelter.  We have an annual Halloween carnival where each classroom becomes its own booth with games and prizes.  The Harvest Feast is another annual celebration where the site works collaboratively on a gourmet extravaganza before Thanksgiving.
